- Q: What are you business hours?
- A: Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST
- Q: What guarantee does your company offer?
- A: Our guarantee: your product will be without material flaw, or we will return your money. Color may be slightly different due to different computer monitor screens.
- Q: How does your company ship?
- A: We ship exclusively with UPS. We are located near the New Philadelphia UPS terminal. We ship only to the lower 48 states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally.
- Q: What is the delivery time?
- A: You can choose from Regular delivery or Rush, with rush service adding an extra 20% to you total.
- Q: Do you charge sales tax?
- A: Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Ohio address.
- Q. What is the cheapest T-Shirt?
- A. White 50/50 T-Shirts screen printed one location with one color or White 100% T-shirts direct to garment printed in full color in one location.
- Q. What is direct to garment printing?
- A. Direct to Garment printing is a new technology for printing T-Shirts that has only been in the market for about 3 years. It gives us the ability to print full color logos including photographs onto T-Shirts, Sweat shirts, Hoodies, and infant items without the need of tranfers, because the image is printed directly onto the garment and is more durable and higher quality than traditional screen printing.
- Q. Can you use direct to garment printing on dark colored shirts?
- A. Yes, we can print on both light and dark garments.
- Q. What is the minimum number of shirts I can order ?
- A. Screen printing minimum is 12 each. Direct to garment minimum is 1 each.
- Q. What form of payment do you accept?
- A. Online payments are paid through Authorize.net. You may also make payments over the phone using Visa or MasterCard.
- Q. With screen printing how many colors can you print?
- A. On dark colors (black, navy, brown, and forrest green)we can print 3 spot colors per location. Other colors we can print 4 color spot colors per location.
- Q. Can I place an order over the phone?
- A. Absolutely, Our staff would be more than happy to help you design your garment or promotional item. We have very reasonable art charges.
- Q. Do you offer embroidery?
- A. We currently do not offer embroidery at this time.
- Q. How are names and numbers printed?
- Currently we do not accept players names and numbers on line, but we can take your order over the phone, fax, email, or our local customers can stop in. For names and numbers we cad cut the vinyl and apply them with a heat press. Puzzles
